Broadleaf offers solid flooring systems that provide superior protection and are easy to clean. Our one color coating system preserves bare concrete from road salt erosion, oil, grease, and dirt that are prevalent with raw concrete garage surfaces. The system starts with a 100% solids epoxy base coat that, depending on the environment, is top coated with a UV and chemical resistant coating of epoxy, urethane, or polyurea. This is our most cost effective high performance protective floor coating.
Solid epoxy floor coatings can be applied at multiple thicknesses from 10 to 40 mils to produce a durable and attractive wear surface. Typically applied in multiple coats, including a suitable primer, and matched with an appropriate topcoat of epoxy, novolac, polyurea, or urethane these systems can be designed to perform even in the most severe environments. It is available in a variety of colors and a wide range of slip-resistant textures.
Broadleaf resinous coatings are capable of meeting any project requirement. These tough, high performance coatings provide the ultimate safe and clean work space. They help to reduce maintenance costs and protect against daily wear and tear. They also add years of service life to any substrate.
Broadleaf’s high build floor systems are designed for application over moderately worn or spalled substrates, or simply where a thicker cross section is required to improve resistance to high impact or heavy abuse. Broadleaf’s resinous coating systems provide superior heavy-duty seamless protection to withstand the most aggressive industrial environments. These overlays can be installed as a 1/8” to 3/16” thick slurry or as a ¼” (or thicker) mortar applied by hand or power trowel. They can be installed with an integral cove base. Our wide range of performance capabilities allow us to design systems that can be installed in low temperatures and are resistant to thermal shock & harsh chemicals. They provide high impact and abrasion resistance, and utilize rapid cure formulas for fast project completion to minimize costly shut downs. These versatile systems offer the ability to match slip-resistant texture and are available in a variety of colors to meet the requirements of any project.
