I had completed a development that had a garage section with a common area basement beneath it. Months after the homeowners had moved in, melting snow from car tires and heavy rains caused water to seep through the floor and into the light fixtures below. After much discussion regarding a solution, we decided to have Broadleaf come in and seal the garage floor. It was not only a less expensive solution, but it also looked great when it was done. We had several colors and textured finishes to choose from, all of which were really attractive. The best part of it was that the leaking stopped completely.
